Week 4 | February 11: Shifting Expectations
- Shift your perspective and learn to empower self-advocacy, foster independence, and set realistic expectations.
Week 5 | February 18: Using Systems & Structures
- Review the 5 motivators and learn how to get your child’s buy-in and collaborate to transfer ownership and shift your role as a parent.
Week 6 | February 25: Completing the Action Model
- Explore the role of self-care in parenting and learn how to include kids in problem solving to foster resilience and teach them to ask for & accept help.
Each class walks you through a process to tackle executive function, social skills, and other challenging issues with confidence, calm and connection.
Each class includes an extended Q&A session so you can dive deeper, ask your own questions, and get customized guidance from the creators of Sanity School®, itself.

Elaine Taylor-Klaus, MCC, CPCC is a Master Certified Coach and co-founder of the global resource for parenting neurodiverse kids, ImpactParents.com. The co-creator of Sanity School®, an essential neuro-informed coach training for parents, she is passionate about guiding parents of complex kids and the professionals who support them to understand their kids (of all ages) well enough to guide them to understand and manage themselves. A mom to four complex young adults, she is the author of "Parenting ADHD Now!" and "The Essential Guide to Raising Complex Kids with ADHD, Anxiety, and More," and the host of the Parenting with Impact podcast.
