Are the classes live?
YES! (virtually speaking, of course). There will be 4 classes delivered on Tuesdays from 1:30 - 3:00 pm ET.

How long is each class?
A total of 90 minutes. Each class includes training, interactive exercises, and live Q&A.

There is no expiration date on class recordings. They are yours forever, now and into the future!

Parents of complex young adults who are struggling with communication and relationships (and other challenging issues) will feel an immediate sense of calm and increasing confidence as the course continues.
