Workshop | Family Meetings That Work
"Okay, I'll do it…
but I want to talk about it at family meeting!"

Imagine hearing this from your kid! Not with an eye roll or snarky voice, but with trust that you'll listen to their concerns.

When family meetings are done well, they build connection, cultivate trust, and improve communication. And they defeat the drama ... for good.

Join Elaine Taylor-Klaus for a workshop on how to make family meetings work for your family — so that cooperation replaces conflict and you have important conversations that keep your family connected.

Family Meetings That Work:
Build Connection, Improve Communication, and Cut the Drama at Home

Family meetings do not have to be forced, awkward, or yet another battle waiting to happen.
In fact, your weekly meeting can become a time the whole family looks forward to — a chance for everyone to feel heard, valued, and part of a team -- even if they don't say it out loud!

In this practical, empowering workshop, you’ll discover how to run connection-driven family meetings that foster trust, strengthen communication, and invite genuine cooperation. Whether you’re parenting young kids, teens, or young adults, you’ll walk away with flexible tools that grow with your family.
